Then he prayed, “LORD, God of my master Abraham, make me successful today, and show kindness to my master Abraham  Gen 24:12

Task: Abraham told his servant “go to my country and my own relatives and get a wife for my son Isaac.” Gen 24:4. We as God’s servants are also assigned many tasks as per our capability and calling. Master has trusted and has given us those tasks.

Obeyed: “Then the servant left, taking with him ten of his master’s camels loaded with all kinds of good things from his master. He set out for Aram” Gen 24:10. How obedient are we. Let us dedicate to obey the Lord completely and immediately.

Prayed: Then he prayed, “LORD, God of my master Abraham, make me successful today, and show kindness to my master Abraham Gen 24:12. When he reached the native of Abraham, before he did anything, he prayed, let us also start everything in prayer.
Answer: “Before he had finished praying, Rebekah came out. “ Gen 24:15. Lord answered him even while he was praying. Prayer from an obedient heart, heaven answers before the amen is said.

Watched: ”Without saying a word, the man watched her closely to learn whether or not the LORD had made his journey successful. “ Gen 24:21 Although servant got the sign he asked for, still he watched carefully if it was from the Lord. Let us also watch and see the way of the Lord.

Praised: Then the man bowed down and worshiped the LORD, saying, “Praise be to the LORD, Gen 24:26,27. When he was sure Lord answered immediate response was to praise God. Let us also be people who praise the Lord.

Prayer:   This year we will obey in Jesus Name. We will start and do everything in prayer. We will always watch and see the way of the Lord. We will praise the Lord, all the time. Amen.
